		<description>I feel this is even more so for MRR.

I recently received a link to a MRR package limited to the first 50.
However, the MRR license included the right to resell MRR.

What is the value?
Everyone's going to have the MRR rights so shortly.

That is the key - non-transferable plr rights. 

The same type of value can be given to limited quantity resale rights. Buyers get resale rights but can not pass on resale rights. For a quality product those tems really seal the deal.
